Comments Off on Blackhawk Presbytery Partners Travel to Kenya
A delegation of Kenya Partnership members leave Illinois today for a long-awaited visit with our Imenti Presbyterian Partners in Kenya. The group of eleven travelers represent seven Blackhawk congregations with active parish to parish partnerships. Many will visit Kenya for the first time while some are returning after establishing relationships active for many years.

The team members are: Claire Brennecka (Harvard), Carla Sipe (Harvard), Kathie Kleckner (Waltham PC, Utica), Lori Munson (Waltham PC, Utica), Diane Graham (Rochelle), Nan Good (Rochelle), Ann Legg (Ridgefield-Crystal Lake), Laurel Walker (AuSable Grove), Ken and Kathryn Mozingo (Oswego), and Rev. David Spaulding (Dixon)
Please keep these friends in prayer during their fifteen-day travels (Jan. 7-22) as they immerse themselves in another culture, initiate or renew friendships and worship a Great God with fellow Christians.

The group has created a calendar (click link below) to help you follow their activities, with prayer suggestions and scripture references.
