Our church did an-depth study with the membership, and we are energized and have refocused on becoming a missional church. In other words, we want to have a real presence in our community through the resources that we can provide. We truly love to serve, as you can see from our community outreach projects. In 2010, our church went through a fire, and the neighboring community provided support in countless ways. As the community has so lovingly and generously given to us during a time of crisis, we in turn want to continue to give back and pay it forward through our support to our neighborhood. While we may be small in numbers, we are mighty in spirit and hope you will join us in our discipleship in serving others. To paraphrase The Reverend Fred M. Rogers, “We’ve always wanted to have a neighbor just like you. Please won’t you be our neighbor?”
